For those people that are trying my 30 Days No Nuts Diet Challenge....



Tip number 1-

After walking away from a negative person or situation pay attention to your thoughts, believe it or not you may have absorbed their bad vibes allowing their dirty feet to effect your emotional or mental well being.
We all know to well how this feels. At one point of our life we all experience an allergic reaction to a negative Nut case who has really bad vibes about everything they do or say.
To avoid their dirty feet boundaries needs to be created. It all starts by trying to be aware of your self internal dialogue, this is a hard exercise to do particularly if you are feeling tired and believe me i know it can be quite difficult to pull away from the negative situation if it is close to home or work, but like i said in my blog below ( 30 Days No Nut Diet Challenge ) practice makes perfect and it will be all worth it in the end. Remember don't let other people spoil your inner peace!
